This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Zaria Looks are processed and delivered within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Area

Zaria Looks currently ships orders within the United Kingdom.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public and bank holidays.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, standard delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days.

The total estimated timeframe from placing your order to delivery is therefore approximately 4 to 9 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, transport disruption or unusually high delivery volumes.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Please review your order details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive an email containing your tracking details after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch notification, as carrier systems may not update immediately.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error after submitting your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@zarialooks.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Zaria Looks is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect, incomplete or unavailable, please contact us so that we can review the available options.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first.

If tracking does not provide sufficient information or your order appears significantly delayed, contact us at info@zarialooks.com and include your order number.

We will review the available shipment information and assist you with the appropriate next steps.

Lost Orders

If your tracking information indicates that an order may have been lost in transit, please contact us at info@zarialooks.com.

We may need to review the shipment details or contact the delivery carrier before determining the appropriate resolution.

Orders Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

Around the delivery location
With other members of your household
With neighbours where appropriate
Any safe place specified for delivery
Any delivery information provided by the carrier

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Include your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the item and packaging so that we can review the issue.

Multiple-Item Orders

In some circumstances, items from the same order may arrive separately.

If this occurs, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment where tracking is available.

Public Holidays and Peak Periods

Processing and delivery may take longer during UK public holidays, seasonal sales, promotional periods or other periods of unusually high order volumes.

Any delivery estimate provided remains an estimate and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
